The Plate Loaded Seated Row offers 8 adjustments for the chest pad and 8 height adjustments for the seat, allowing for a wide variety of set ups along with being accommodating for many different body types. Upgrade to the RO-T8 Handles. Like all of our equipment, this machine is equipped with Smart Strength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
